For Kira Hummen’s debut concert, Her Legacy, at Stadtgarten Köln, I developed the stage design and the headpiece for the performance. The concert presented her debut EP, an intimate and powerful exploration of family stories, unspoken grief, vulnerability and emotional transmission across generations. Its sensitive production interwove elements of folk, indie rock and art pop, creating a musical landscape between fragility and strength.

The stage design and headpiece responded to these themes by translating the EP’s exploration of ancestry, memory and resilience into spatial and visual elements. Her Legacy understands vulnerability as a form of strength and a quiet act of resistance—a conscious choice for slow growth, artistic independence and trusting one’s own voice. The visual elements became an extension of this intimate process, accompanying the performance as a space for these narratives to unfold and resonate.
